Do you represent an organization or community with a research question that is relevant to rural and small-town Atlantic Canada? If so, the RFRC can help. The Centre can be contracted like any other research firm to conduct research studies or program/impact evaluation, using any of the following methods:
- telephone, mail or online surveys
- focus groups
- in-depth interviews
- policy analysis
- literature reviews ('desktop' reviews)
The RFRC's team of faculty researchers, graduate and undergraduate students will work with you to design, conduct, analyze and communicate research results in a manner that meets your unique needs.
We can work with you as a partner to seek research funding (from academic granting agencies, e.g.), or we can conduct research on contract if you have the resources at your disposal.
